Meet the Management Team: Camp Warrant Officer

One of the first members of staff that cadets meet on NASC is the Camp Warrant Officer who is there to uphold the high discipline standards of the RAF Air Cadets. WO Dave McCabe has been the Camp WO for the last 6 years having previously Deputy Camp WO.

I am WO Dave McCabe and I am the NASC Camp Warrant Officer. My role on camp is to ensure that all personnel involved in NASC uphold the discipline standards expected of member of the RAF Air Cadets. I have been with NASC since its inception in 2015, initially as the Deputy Camp WO before taking over as Camp WO in 2018. I manage a team of NCO’s who are the Camps Discipline team and on camp you’ll see me every morning and evening at the whole camp briefings as well as touring the activities during the day. I’m immensely proud of the work we do at NASC and I’m privileged to work alongside some absolutely superb CFAV’s who work tirelessly to offer the amazing range of activities on offer for our Cadets.
